Carol, your photos are lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed the video! Thank you so much for sharing this sunshine!
Thanks Linda, so nice of you to visit today. I hope you have a wonderful week.
Dear Carol what a great video as well as photos. The last one looks like this one is a wren. Am I right? The birds really make winter a much sweeter season. Hugs friend and stay warm.
Thanks for visiting Debbie. I don't know what kind of bird this little one on the ground is. What interested me was the longer beak that has a curl to it. I haven't tried looking online for what it could be yet. Too busy out and about on this lovely sunny day. Hubby had to go to work this afternoon so I decided to venture out on my own. I hope you are having a great week. If I figure out what this little bird is, I'll let you know.
Well, at first search I think this bird is called a Brown Creeper. It fits the description and is seen in 48 states and Canada. I've never seen one before. I'll be watching for it again and maybe I can get some better close-up shots.:)
I agree with it being the Brown Creeper. He is a beauty!!I couldn't get the video to work so will try on the computer at work tomorrow. Love your new feeder.
Thanks Julie, great to have confirmation of the bird. Sometimes it can be tricky to figure out just who they are. I got my answer from an Audubon Society website but still wasn't quite sure.
So nice of you to visit my blog. I look forward to reading your comments.
