DIY Mason & Hamlin Screw Stringer Upright Piano Repairs by Carol - Video #3

Moving along slowly.  I've reglued the piece and check all the others.  No others are loose, so it's a thumbs up.  Now I can reinstall this section after it dries, which I found is at least 24 hours.

I hope you are having a wonderful day.

Thanks for stopping by.

    1. Thank you Debbie. Today I cleaned the ivory keys. That was the easy part. Since all of the other whipens (I think that's what they are called) are strong, I can put the action back in this weekend and start adjusting and tuning again.
      Have a wonderful weekend.

    1. Thanks Linda, well today I cleaned the ivory keys. That was the easy part of the job. All the other parts are sturdy so I can put it back together this weekend and start the process of adjusting and tuning again. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

    1. Thank you so much. I'm feeling so blessed to have all the time in the world to work on the piano, and the patience too. Cleaned the ivories today and they look super. I hope you have a super weekend.
