Hello, this sounds delicious. Thanks for sharing. Have a happy day!
Eileen, it is. And my grandson Jonathan confirmed that for me this morning when he ate two pieces and wanted to know how to make it. Have a great day. Thanks for stopping by.
The feta would give it a zippy Greek taste. It looks really yummy! I wondered about greasing the dish, but it seems that it came right out cleanly. And I wondered why you were wearing gloves at the beginning, and then I saw that you mixed it by hand - explains that! But then you took the gloves OFF, and mixed it with your hands again haha! You do a really good video because you are relaxed on the camera and talk well. That was fun to watch. I still don't know if I can do without a crust ... but it's nice to know it can be done and still be very yummy!
Thanks M.K. (personal message sent via email)
Not a fan of spinach in any shape or form but I enjoyed the video and I love your kitchen...so cozy and homey looking. (You look great by the way)
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed my video. My hubby watched it and said I sounded so comfortable making it. Actually, I was. It was so much fun now that I figured out how to pause the video on my phone and then restart it.....LOL. Always learning something! Enjoy your day.
