Enlightening New Product Review & Surprise

New product review.....Enlightened Keto ice cream. Tried this a few nights ago as dessert and thought it tasted just ok.....not very strong flavor but it was cold. Within about half an hour I got the most horrific stomach ache that lasted all night. Even taking antacids didn't help. I'm not sure which ingredient(s) caused the problem but I suspect it was the multiple gums or the monk fruit sweetener that did it. I know the gums are not what I want much of because in the morning I found a bit of the ice cream on the kitchen counter and........wait for it......it hadn't melted overnight. What's up with that? I bet it sat in my stomach like a lead weight and that's why I got the stomach ache. I've certainly become ENLIGHTENED! Have you had any experince with this?

Are you enjoying that change of seasons where you live?  I got this surprise now that all the leaves have fallen.  Yikes!

Thanks for visiting my blog today.
Blessings,
Carol

When ice cream doesn't melt on the counter overnight -- there's something wrong alright! And yikes, that wasp's nest! At least it should be easy to get rid of it now that the wasps are gone . . . which I assume they are?

Hello,

I have never seen an ice cream that did not melt. I am sorry it gave you a stomach ache, that is awful. I love the photo of the berries, that nest looks big. Thanks for visiting my blog. Enjoy your day, wishing you a happy new week!

Dear Carol - welcome back friend. Been missing you. Sounds like that Keto ice cream needs to be left in the store. Hmmm does make you wonder what would keep it from melting. Hope you are staying warm...we have snow and cold weather here today - low tonight of 11 degrees! Hugs

So nice to see this post from you …
Not a nice reaction after eating this … I think best left in the shop!
I do wonder what the ingredient list was for this product?

All the best Jan
